I of course will be there already, as I normally help run events on Friday as well as the "Best Muffler Rap" in Branch County! We give away $100.00 for 1st prize! A 71 Ford F250 has won two years running. As well as a Custom Blue F350 Dually (lady owned) for the last few years.
Any AV's are welcome to enter as long as your a registered show vehicle. (See vehicle info in this thread.)
Oh, by the way if your lookin for old car/truck cycle parts, the swap meet is huge! Over 100 vendors.
The show really starts Friday afternoon too. But most everything is on Sat along with the cruise thru town.
Any question on this show, just ask.

If you all come only on Sat, I suggest 8-9 AM as gate opens @ 8 AM. Registering gets crazy & a good spot to park all AV's together will get tough (Or you end up way out on the Southside or East of the grounds-away from the good stuff  banghead). Suggest come as early as possible, park together, close as possible to the barns, then walk back & get registered.  thumbsup

What time did the show end last year and the cruise? 8 or 9 is really eirly and itll be a LONG day! If everyone wants to get there say 9am? meet at the Walmart at 8:30 so we can all cruise in together, thats fine by me.

This is still a few months away so we got time to plan.

Dman....I posted this to get it rolling but you know the show/area. Is there a good restaurant in the area that could hold a big group? Looking for a place to go eat after the cruise. Last year we hung out at that gas station and that was cool....but if we got 10 Avalanches it might be a bit much for the after show party... was thinking doing a dinner then maybe cruise back to the gas station if anyone wants to. What do you think Dman?

sounds good! maybe we will play it by ear..... depending how many Avalanches we get down there. Could always call an hour befor or something to make reservations.

Yeah 8 or so sounds cool to me... You gonna be there at 8 then? or do you wanna do 8:30 meet at walmart with us and then cruise about 9 over there? reason im saying 9 is cause some people might have to travel an hour or 2 maybe 3 depending were they are coming from. Gets to be pretty eirly in the morning they have to leave there houses.

ok....yeah still no final count.... if it ends up only being like 4 trucks or soo then we can do the 8 time.... im just thinking if its gonna be a big group and people come from all over might be better to make it a little later for the show up time.... we will see once it gets closer.

RonJ, in responce to your comments, The only way to reserve spots is someone to tape or rope off an area. Which I will try to do on Thursday afternoon (setup day) or early Friday of the show. Local people come in early to rope of their spots every year. Keep in mind if weather is good we have over 1200-1600 vehicles come ever year!
As far as places to eat, I will work on that to get the best place & room to park lots of AV's.  Blink
